In October 2016 I spent a week in Niue capturing every aspect of the beautiful 'rock' of the South Pacific. During this time, we shot a few brand videos as well as over 15,000 still images... of which i'm still going through today! Here's a peek at some of the results so far:
I recently photographed and filmed a property in Auckland for Harcourts Real Estate agent Joe Steel's upcoming campaign – part of my offering is to be able to cover every aspect of the process from Interiors, Exteriors and Aerial shots to make the property stand out in a crowded market. I visited the property two times, once very early morning to catch the warm light, and again at dusk for the more dramatic 'blue-hour' shots. The end result should speak for itself...
I shot back to London in September for a quick visit. Here's a few stills from my tourist day out in the city. Mainly shot with Sigma 24mm Art and Canon 5D.
Having photographed the creation of the sporting goods for the office, I've recently called in to WMG's office to see how it all came together.

My latest drone footage from flying around Hahei over the winter months in the Coromandel, New Zealand.
Making the most of the incredible labour weekend weather at Hahei, Coromandel.
I've just received the news that two of my images achieved a bronze award in the Epson International Pano Awards 2015. With 2496 entries in the Open Category from all corners of the globe I'm pretty happy to have been awarded bronze. Next challenge is at least one silver!
Sent the DJI Inspire drone up last night to grab a quick panoramic shot of the Waitakere's as the sun set's behind them.
My work for Rebel Sport has been awarded with Runner Up in the 2015 Newspaper Advertising Awards. From concept scribble to finished art in a couple of hours, this was one late night that was worth it.

Spent the day shooting at Wenderholm Regional Park today for an upcoming TV Commercial.
Here are a few snaps I managed in-between. Click on the thumbnails for a better view.
This image is stitched together using 16 individual shots. I plan to head back and get a better result with the Milky Way much lower on the horizon to capture more of it. Still worth a post though, I think! Click image to view at a larger size.
I had some spare time one evening whilst waiting to go to a meeting – might as well make something of it, albeit very quick...
Stopped at the Kaipara lookout last night along Highway 16 after a shoot in Wellsford for Rebel Sport - amazing sky and light. Image is a stitched panorama, shot with Canon 5D and 24-105mm lens. Click on the image for a larger view.
A perfect sunny winter's day in Auckland - had a quick fly at Cornwallis Wharf out west and captured a couple of panoramic images from my DJI Inspire drone.
Last year I was fortunate enough to shoot a campaign for Sealord featuring a miniature fishing boat. I followed the process from start to finish - including the construction of the boat through to filming the winner who was based in Queenstown - and the lucky lad had a boat ramp at the end of his road! This project was as fun as it looks!
Back in May this year I shot a multi-angle time-lapse for Rebel Sport and Birkenhead United FC. This included having several camera's capturing the mural being created over a 5 hour time period. With the camera's running the entire time we ended up with a 30second retail TV spot for Rebel's product / price ads. Pretty stoked with the result!
Credit to 485 Design for the mural artwork.
I've been shooting some behind-the-scenes footage for the World Masters Games office fitout here in Auckland. All of the equipment was sourced and then bombed with paint by the team at 485 Design. Looking sharp lads!
